The User shall have the right to file an action to the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data (in 2018 operating under the name: President of the Personal Data Protection Office) when they consider the processing of their personal data to be infringing the GDPR provisions. Data may be processed also in an automated manner according to the rules of transparency, legality, and adequacy in order to assess certain personal factors, such as preferences regarding products, economic situation, penchants, and the consequence of such a processing will be the selection of a tailor-made offer according to the needs of the user.
