From April 11–13, 2025, KAN Group participated in the 37th International Construction Exhibition – BarilgaExpo, held at the Buyant-Ukhaa Sports Palace in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
This major annual event is the largest in Mongolia’s construction industry. This year, it brought together over 400 companies from 20 countries, including Poland, Germany, Italy, China, Turkey, South Korea, Japan, and others.
The exhibition’s theme, “Build Smart...”, perfectly aligned with KAN philosophy: to design, manufacture, and deliver next-generation engineering solutions built on sustainability, efficiency, and cutting-edge technology.
KAN-therm booth drew significant attention from the professional community. Visitors included representatives from construction and development firms, architects, engineers, investors, and even faculty students from technical universities.
The stand featured KAN-therm key systems tailored to Mongolia's climate and technical requirements: KAN-therm ultraLINE, KAN-therm ultraPRESS, KAN-therm Steel and Inox, KAN-therm Groove, surface heating and cooling, Slim+ installation cabinets with InoxFlow manifolds.
Designers were not left out either. For them, we presented the KAN SET software with BIM libraries, developed for the 3D design of engineering systems in all types of construction projects.
Visitors also had the opportunity to assemble a demo section of a KAN-therm ultraLINE system themselves — a hands-on experience especially appreciated by installation and maintenance specialists.
Tomasz Igel, KAN Group Managing Director in the CIS, Mongolia, Ukraine, and Germany, shared:
“Our participation in BarilgaExpo 2025 wasn’t just about presenting our product line — it was an opportunity to better understand the dynamics and priorities of the Mongolian construction market.
We’re seeing a clear shift from isolated solutions to a system-based approach in engineering infrastructure design. This reflects the maturity of the market and its openness to technology that prioritizes not only immediate needs but also long-term reliability.
We believe that KAN-therm solutions — built on system flexibility, technical support, and engineering expertise — are a natural fit for the development goals of both Ulaanbaatar and Mongolia as a whole. That’s why we view our presence here as strategic, focusing on sustainable growth, local partnerships, and involvement in major construction initiatives.”
KAN Group extends sincere thanks to everyone who visited the booth.
Special appreciation goes to our long-standing partners and official distributors in Mongolia, Nartiin Golomt LLC, for their professional support in organizing our participation, joint work at the exhibition, and warm hospitality. Partnerships like these form the foundation of stable growth in local markets.
