PEXC and PERT pipes offered by System KAN‑therm Push (are made in the latest 5L technology (five-layer). The 5L five-layer construction guarantees the highest protection of the EVOH anti-diffusion coating, by placing it inside the pipe wall. Functioning and undamaged EVOH coating effectively protects the installation from oxygen ingress and corrosion. The EVOH anti-diffusion coating (ethyl vinyl alcohol) meets the requirements of DIN 4726. Pipes are also supplied with thermal insulation to avoid wasting valuable time on the construction site lagging the pipeline.
PEXC pipes - are made of polyethylene which undergoes a strengthening process (cross-linking) at the final stage of the pipe production. The process utilises the safest cross-linking method in terms of hygiene (no chemical additives in the production process) and the most effective one – type "c". It consists in "bombarding" the previously manufactured pipe by a beam of electrons, which results in a change in the molecular structure of polyethylene and as a result increases the service life of the finished product.
PERT pipes - are made of polyethylene acetate copolymer (type II) of high thermal resistance. This modification gives the pipes resistance to high temperatures and excellent mechanical properties.
